Worst experience EVER!!!

This women lied to us and didn’t file our taxes when she said she did. She finally did them two months late after I contacted family members because she was impossible to get ahold of. And she never filed our local and state taxes, so we had to pay a ton of fines. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!
