Completely unreliable

Gassner is absolutely unreliable and has wasted months of time. He refuses to answer call after call as well as refuses to return calls after messages. He waits till the last second to do anything productive and refuses to release any updates. Due to this, he has ruined multiple people's taxes and our family is still left wondering what is happening. Worst choice you could pick.
